Never mind, However, we left the restaurant on the spot, and we all went to the Tokyo steak house & sushi restaurant outside the hotel.Īfter we came back to the hotel, we went to the casino again to play, after sometimes we decided to have a drink in the Gate bar. In fact, the restaurant was empty with only three guests. Seriously this how a waitress or waiter should approach a customer in hospitality industry. The waitress was informed to my friend who is an Executive chef that his voice is too loud inside the restaurant, if he doesn't lower his voice tone might throw us out. What had surprised us is the poor service, attitude, communication and lack of training of the entire hotel staff and specially the waitress in the steak house restaurant. We just wanted to go out of our town and travelled to Hobbs to chill and play casino. I have booked for one night stay at Zia Park & Casino together with two of my colleagues.
