I had to go sit outside while my husband was on a machine. I have been to some casinos in Vegas and Biloxi and this one was super throat closing smokey.
But it was across from the hotel we were staying at so we had to check it out. I'm not a gambler and don't like smoke.so probably not the best person to ask. Again, why would you place people in rooms in the oldest part of the hotel that have not been taken care of and in a construction zone? We have stayed at this hotel in the past and had a good experience but not the last two times - very sad. The removable shower head sprayer holder was broken The light on the magnifying mirror did not work The phone did not work - could not call the desk Whomever attempted to clean the TV last completely smeared the entire screen - disgusting
had to get maintenance for that and they replaced it. The hair dryer was missing and not replaced. The toilet would run constantly and not flush - had to go to the front desk to get maintenance as the phone did not work The cupboards were beat up and deteriorated looking. There was a huge stain in the carpet right as you walked in - who knows what caused that. Why would you ever book people in rooms in a construction zone? The construction workers were noisy, however, polite. The hallway carpet was filthy and the walls were dirty and beat up. Our room was in area posted “Caution - Area Under Construction - Please Pardon Our Progress”.
